Shipping and Returns - Les Sûtras

We deliver in EU.

We deliver free of charge in Luxembourg. Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days
Within EU, your order will be shipped within 2-5 working days via Post. For orders with a merchandise value of less than EUR 145.-, we charge shipping costs of EUR 7,9.
For a merchandise value of more than EUR 145.- we deliver your order for free.
Flat 10 EUR delivery fee for orders from outside of Europe. Please be aware that you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

If you have a quality problem with your purchase or you are not completely satisfied with your product,

Please send us an email to our customer service at info@lessutras.com you must explain the reason for return.

You may return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within within 14 working days of receipt subject to the following conditions:

-the product has not been used, manipulated or damaged
-the product must be sent back with its original packaging

When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchase, excluding all shipping costs and duty if levied. All products must be returned in their original packaging. The product and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

All sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange for any reason.

You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.
