Product, Prices and Stock

We do not hold large stocks of items because we cater to exclusive clientele and prefer to refresh our stocks to keep up with seasons and demands. If you find something you like is out of stock, please contact us send us a message on lessutras@pt.lu. We will try our best to reorder the item of your choice and make it available to you.

Les Sûtras is conscious of its responsibility to our customers and partners to ensure that our products are sourced in an ethical way and are produced under acceptable conditions.

Lawfully, through fair & honest dealing;

  • Without exploiting the people who made them;
  • In decent working conditions and;

Les Sûtras works in collaboration with different designers to bring out a range of bridal wear for you to choose from. Since these dresses/outfits are all bespoke, you cannot order them online. You can however choose your favourite style and contact us to place your order or discuss further options.

Yes, beddings and towels are customizable to your preference for size and design. We pride ourselves at Les Sûtras at offering customized designs and options for our clients. Our embroidery workshops are equipped to reproduce patterns, colours and sizes of your choice and preference.

Our bridal wear is almost entirely bespoke. If you do not see a size against the item it is because it can only be made to order. To place an order please contact us with your order specifications once you have selected your item of preference from our selection on the website.

For our customizable products, the prices are likely to vary based on the extent and type of customisation, as well as on availability. Please contact us to know the price and availability of products where price is not indicated.

ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Placing an order couldn’t be easier, simply follow these steps.

  • Click Add to bag to place the item you want to buy in your bag.
  • Once you have finished shopping, click on the bag icon to view the items in your bag and to pay. This will appear on the bottom of the screen on the app and the top right hand side of the screen for desktop. If you’re happy with the items in your bag, click Checkout.
  • Enter your email address and password or if you’re a new customer, register now. You will then be taken to the Confirm and Pay page.
  • Review and confirm the items in your order.
  • Confirm your delivery address and delivery method.
  • Confirm your payment method and Place Order.

An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details.

When ordering to lessutras.com you can select PayPal as your payment method. When doing so, you’ll be taken to PayPal’s website and if you have enabled PayPal one touch for faster checkout, you will only be asked to confirm payment. If you have not enabled this feature on your Paypal account, you will be asked to sign-in to your PayPal account, and then confirm the payment.

If you don’t already have a PayPal account you can sign up on PayPal’s site and complete your purchase. If you are a regular shopper online, having a PayPal account means you do not need to re-enter your debit or credit card details each time you make an online purchase. If you have one touch enabled, and have authenticated your device with Paypal you do not have to remember your login either.

1. Choose a product you would like to order and click on “Add To Cart” button.

2. Click on “CHECKOUT” Button.

3. Fill your information and click on “PAY” Button.

4. Once You Get Redirected To PayPal, Just Do As Follows

5. Please login into your paypal account and pay.

6. Then, you’ll return to the merchant to complete your purchase. If it’s all as you want it, just click “PAY NOW” and the payment will be processed. You’ll receive an emailed download link and receipt and for your records.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Please inform us by e-mail at lessutras@pt.lu that you want to return a product.

When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchase, but not the original freight if levied. All products must be returned in their original packaging. The product and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.

Please ensure that you fulfill the following conditions when returning your goods

  • Requests made within 15 days of receipt.
  • Is still in the original packaging.
  • Unwashed and unworn.
  • In the same condition as how it was received.

We do not refund

  • Original shipping costs incurred during purchase.
  • Gift cards, promotional items.
  • Discounts.
  • Orders that were custom-made.
  • Return shipping costs.
  • Requests made after 15 days of receipt.
  • Returns received later than 15 days after being approved.
  • Customs duties.

If your product has been already shipped, then the regular returns policy applies.

Once we receive your return, we will check if the item is in its original condition before processing your refund.

  • You will be sent an email once your item is refunded.
  • You will be refunded the amount, minus shipping and discounts (if any) to your original method of payment. The amount could take a few business days before it reaches your bank account.

SHIPPING

Your order will be delivered within 2-3
working days

Within the EU, your order will be shipped within 2-5 working days via Post.

We deliver anywhere in the EU.

We deliver free of charge only in Luxembourg.

For orders with a merchandise value of less than EUR 145.-, we charge shipping costs of EUR 7,9.

For a merchandise value of more than EUR 145.- we deliver your order for free.

Flat 10 EUR delivery fee for orders from outside of Europe. Please be aware
that you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by
the country you are shipping to.

In case of transport damage please contact us within 7 days after receipt of the goods, so that we can find a solution for you and our logistics.
